Despair

When I called my therapist to cancel the next two weeks of therapy she caught the despair in my voice. I hadn’t realized it was that obvious. But even in the blackness I won’t give up. I would have before but not now. Therapy and friends like Alexander have given me the strength to continue. Thank You
