One of the favorite tactics of religious apologists is to claim that if one is not familiar with all the sophisticated religious arguments from various religious scholars she can not possibly have a valid criticism of their religion. This particular fallacy has been named The Courtiers Reply by PZ Myers who thoroughly demolishes it. Still this has not stopped various apologists from trying to refute Dr. Myers, the latest is no more successful theny any of the ones who have gone before.
