ENDA is te most important queer rights legislation imaginable and it’s on the slow track. Why are so many middle class gays and Lesbians pushing marriage when so many queers are on he streets because of raw bigotry . ENDA is a matter of life and death, marriage is not.
Obama has doubled down on the war in Afghanistan, the ‘Graveyard of Empires’. I wonder if the American empire’s implosion will be as sudden as the Soviet empire’s was?
One of the few good points about the economic melt down we are going trough, Marijuana prohibition may finally go the way of alcohol prohibition.
In my weariness I can hear ever more clearly the siren song of Oblivion.

Just wanted to say hey and hello, and let you know I really enjoy your blog. I have the same feelings about ENDA. I guess their thought is who needs employment and housing protections as long as you can have a house in the suburbs and look normal. If you're normal you don't need protections.
