What Is A Woman?

Is a woman one who can bare a child?
If a person is sterile are they not then a woman even if they have a XX genotype?
If a woman does not want children is she still a woman?
Why are all woman assumed to want children?

This will be a regular blog subject from now on. I want to explore societies perception of gender. I think this will be interesting.
